Growing up in the Midwest, with landscapes both urban and rural, my interest in photography was peaked by a high school course where I learned camera basics. Then I was fortunate to be able to travel across the country with work where I was able to practice and hone my craft in varied settings. After completion of the Fine Arts Photography certification program at Ivy Tech, I spent two years in New York City and have settled back into life in Southern Indiana as a professional photographer.
